Biography

Charlotte Technical Center, Port Charlotte, Fl, CDA, Graduated 2006.

Kristen was born in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Port Charlottein 1995. She is a graduate of the Charlotte Technical Center with a certification in Dental Assisting. She joined Panther Hollow Dental Lodge in 2007 and is a chairside assistant for Dr. Bender. In her free time Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, boating, home improvement projects, and decorating for the holidays.

Biography

Charlotte Technical Center, Port Charlotte, FL, Dental Assistant, Graduated 2007.

Carrie is originally from Berea, Ohio. She and her family moved to the Port Charlotte area in 1979. She is a graduate from Port Charlotte High School class of 1990, and the Charlotte Technical Center in 2007 with a certification in Dental Assisting. Carrie joined Panther Hollow Dental Lodge in 2008. She is Dr. Palmer’s assistant. In her free time, Carrie enjoys baking and spending time with her four legged son, Spike and Chip.

Biography

Charlotte Technical Center, Port Charlotte, FL, Dental Assistant, Graduated 1989.

Vicki moved from Indiana to Port Charlotte in 1988. She is a graduate of the Charlotte Technical Center with a certification in Dental Assisting. Vicki has been a member of Panther Hollow Dental Lodge staff for 21 years and is the manager of the clinical department and assists Dr. Kerstein. Vicki and her husband Chip are the parents of Matt who attends Charlotte High School and is very involved with Tarpon Athletics. She enjoys spending her free time with her family.

Biography

Charlotte Technical Center, Port Charlotte, Fl, Dental Assistant, Graduated 1987.

Kim was born in Wisconsin and moved to Florida in 1986. She has a passion for working in the dental field and is Dr. Andisco’s assistant. She has a son Hunter and two daughters Holly and Emily. She also has two step daughters Kristi and Courtney and a grandson Caleb. Her husband Greg has worked in the pest control industry for over 25 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and their dog Alvin and Simon.

Biography

Manatee State College, Bradenton, FL, Dental Assistant

Shannon is originally from Edison, New Jersey and moved to North Port in 1992. She loves the dental field and has six years of experience as a dental assistant. Shannon received her dental assistant certificate from Manatee State College. She recently joined Panther Hollow Dental Lodge and is a chairside assistant for Dr. Gelder. In her free time she enjoys going to the gym, relaxing at the beach, and taking her dog Baxter to the dog parks. She loves spending time with her friends and family.

Biography

Debra moved to Port Charlotte in 1977 from Lebanon, Indiana. She has been with Panther Hollow Dental Lodge since 1987. Debra is currently working as a coordinator in the sterilization area, and loves her job very much. Debra is married to Bob and they have three children and four grandchildren. She enjoys creating craft projects for friends and family, taking small walks in the evening, and spending quality time with her family.

Biography

Alice-Salomon College, Hannover, Germany, Dental Assistant, Graduated in 1988

Barbara was born and raised in Hannover, Germany. She joined Panther Hollow Dental Lodge in 2010. After graduating as a dental assistant in Germany, she worked in the orthodontic field for over fifteen years. Besides being a dental assistant, she also graduated as a health practitioner in Salzgitter, Germanyin 2005. Her main fields of therapy included holistic medicine including homeopathy, kinesiology, and ear acupuncture. Barbara’s husband Dietmar is an independent sales manager and works in a special field of cleaning using sandblasting units. Her leisure time includes running, enjoying the gym, and relaxing on the wonderful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Congratulations Dr. Watters!

Carol and Jack Watters are excited to announce the birth of twin grandsons. Their daughter Heather gave birth on January 6th, 2011 to:

John Watters Thomas - 7 pounds 3 ounces, 20 inches long

Nathan Kuhnert Thomas - 6 pounds 12 ounces, 21 1/2 inches long

Thankfully, mother and both babies are healthy and doing well!

It is with great honor, pleasure, and pride that we announce the addition of Dr. Richard Gelder to our staff. Dr. Gelder originally established his dental office in Englewood, Florida in 1978 and has practiced dentistry for 32 years prior to joining the Panther Hollow Dental Lodge staff. He continues to provide all general dental services including endodontic therapy, oral diagnosis, and limited oral surgery. We are excited to have his expertise and years of experience as a part of our dental team.
