Dr. Richard Gelder originally established his dental office in Englewood, FL in 1978 and has practiced dentistry for thirty-two years prior to joining the Panther Hollow Dental Lodge staff. Dr. Gelder continues to provide all general dental services including endodontic therapy, fixed/removable and implant reconstruction, oral diagnosis, and oral surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Society, Charlotte County Dental Society, Sea Breeze Occlusal Disease Study Club, and is a past president of the Florida Dental Alumni Association. Dr. Gelder is a twenty year private pilot, enjoys fishing, diving, and has a passion for Florida Gator Football. He and his wife Barbara have two grown children and two grandchildren.
