The following is a treatment case and photos of an
occlusal disease patient:
Patient 15 years old with severe daily headaches for 6 months. Patient dropped out of school with $38,000 in medical expenses trying to control pain.
Patient had poor orthodontic result. Bite out of centric relation – probably causing the muscle spasm pain.
24 hours after muscle deprogrammer placed patient was 80% better and slept through the night for the first time in 6 months.

Refined centric relation appliance and is ready to be worn by the patient.
Patient 1 week later. 95% pain free with less than full time wear of centric relation appliance.
